A mobile app that replaces paper work orders with a guided flow for scanning a trailer, logging an inspection, and getting a repair approved.

Ten years spanning branding, interaction design and end-to-end product design for enterprise and AI-powered platforms. At Microsoft I've led design for admin, Copilot and agentic experiences that moved adoption — working closely with PM and engineering to ship things that are accessible, secure and scalable.
I like the unglamorous parts: the admin inheriting a tenant, the maker shipping their first agent, the technician with one bar of signal.
